Pricing:

Monthly Unlimited Classes: $150/mo
    This options allows the member access to unlimited classes and use of the facility during open hours.  To optimize the CrossFit experience, classes are recommended 5-6 days per week (three days on, one day off).

Monthly Limited (3 classes/week): $100/mo
    This option allows members access to classes 3 days per week.  Members are not allowed to attend more than one class per day.

Open Gym: $50/mo
    This option is for open gym use only.  Open gym occurs only during non-class hours Monday-Friday from 10:00a-12:00p.  This is intended for those who are adapted to and knowledgeable about CrossFit and seeking a fully equipped facility to train in.   

Drop-in Rate: $15/class
    The first drop-in is ALWAYS free, we want you to be able to come in, check out the facility and size-up the type of workouts we provide.  After you get your fill of a few classes let us know if you are interested in joining.  The drop-in rate is truly for those who do not desire to commit.

First-timer Foundations Program: $150
    This is a 4 week program that consists of three classes per week.  Limited space available, class size is capped at 8 members per class.  This program requires commitment and a minimum attendance of 10 of the 12 classes.  Members will be ...
